Unload Valence
By Ian L. Cooper
Its time to unload our shares of Valence Technology (VLNC). It hit our stop-loss of US$8 and looks as if it will continue its downward spiral. Along with the markets recent disaster, VLNC fell 11 percent today to US$7. Well take a look at Valence again in a few months.
From the mind of Christian DeHaemer:
Many miles away, in the modern city of Jakarta, life goes on with odd certainty. Our beaten-down telecom play, TIK PT Indonesian Satellite Corp., has announced that it will increase its stake in mobile phone company PT Satelit Palapa Indonesia to 75% by acquiring a 100% stake in PT Bimagraha Telekomindo.
The chart looks like it has broken out of its uptrend. Due to the recent violence in Indonesia, we have decided to take 28 percent profits on TLK, our Indonesia Telecom play. Well look at it again in a few months.
Its what Wall Street has been trying to hide for years. One out of every three IPOs will drop in price within six months of issue, only to sharply recover in a matter of weeks. This "Flying V" lock-up effect shows you exactly WHY it happens
WHEN it happens
and WHICH stocks will bounce back. Take it from the analyst who just made a quick 81% gain for investors using his "Flying V" trading system. To find out how this system works and to start enjoying 63%, 71% and even 92% profits, click here.
