South
African Breweries Update
By Ian
L. Cooper
After releasing
annual results next week, our South African Breweries
(SAB.L:London) play, already up 21%, is likely to
close its US$5 billion deal to buy out Miller. While
the company is hoping to complete the cash and share
deal with Philip Morris by next Thursday, the two companies
are still working out the details of the deal, expected
to give Philip Morris a 33% stake in the combined brewing
company.
As of now,
SAB is preparing issue its annual report on May 30.
Its expected to show a small decline from the
US$666 million posted last year.
For now,
continue holding your South African Breweries shares.
This deal could give us a decent boost over the next
week.
-----------------------------
Eighty-five
million households and more than seventy-six million
gracefully aging baby boomers all cant be wrong,
especially when each household is spending close to
US$444 apiece on garden and lawn care supplies. With
spring nearly gone and summer just weeks away, the growth
potential with this 40-cent garden and lawn care stock
is huge, especially given the number of insiders and
institutions that are buying like mad.
Visit the
Red Zone Profits site to learn how you could
pull in 115% profits this summer. Dont miss out.
