Here's more on Erin's pick… Playing news of President Bush's US$1.7 billion Freedom Car and Fuel Initiative that will fund a five-year federal project to develop hydrogen-powered fuel cells, Erin Beale recommended a position in Plug Power (PLUG:NASDAQ) under US$7 a share. For those of you playing the game at home with a US$6.40 entry, that's a 15% gain from the time the January Taipan was posted online. As any smart investment guru like Erin will tell you, that's a bullish signal for fuel-cell companies.
