Cooper You might think we are just full of hot air here at Taipan, but I’ve beaten the market each of the last five years and I’m destroying it here in the sixth. In the January issue I recommended you buy Netegrity (NETE:NASDAQ) at US$3.21. It’s up 4% again today to US$9.30. That’s a 190% gain! January issue: bought NETE under US$3.50, now at US$9.30 – up 190%. February issue: bought AMBD at US$4.35, sold for a 74% winner. April issue: BLL sold at -6% – can’t win them all. June: LEXR – sold half for 100%, holding other half at 136%. In sum: Christian DeHaemer’s 2003 portfolio up 98.84% (as of 28 August, 2003). Continue to hold Lexar and Netegrity. As for Ian L. This is payable October 9 to shareholders of record on September 15. MO’s annual dividend rate is US$2.72. We’ll look to take profits on this one shortly. Eastman Kodak’s (EK:NYSE) CFO and executive VP, Bob Brust, will be at the Smith Barney Citigroup Technology Conference on September 4, 2003, at 10:15 ET.
